Inhave extraction method where i add 50microliter plasma with 200 internal standard and 200 acid. Then i transfer 100 and diluted with 100 at the end. How many times i am diluting from beging to end...

Neat means the sample is prepared without dilution.  The topic and procedure that follows is a dilution.  So this isn't clear.

Please include the extraction method, if you believe its pertinent.  If solid phase extraction, you can leave it off.  But a liquid extraction adds some dilution as well.

You include volume exactly once, and have 4 more numbers without volumes, nor mass. We can't help you much here.  If you think its irrelevant, can you sum the volumes and use the dilution factors yourself?  This is simple arithmetic.  Or do you mean to ask something else?
