PSCK9 inhibitors, competitive inhibition

Hi guys,
           Could you describe PCSK9 inhibitor as a competitive inhibitor?

As it binds to PCSK9's active site, leaving it unable to bind with its substrate, the LDL-R.

Also, since the pcsk9 inhibitor, inhibits PCSK9 from binding to its target. The inhibitor could be described as an antagonist?

Since different inhibitors might have different mechanisms of action, can you specify which PCSK9 inhibitor you're talking about?

AFAIK, most PCSK9 inhbitors are monoclonal antibodies which probably cannot be compared easily to standard small molecule inhibitor mechanisms.

Does the inhibitor you have in mind bind in a mutually exclusive manner versus the substrate?
