Hi guys, I found out on reddit this video: its Woodward´s lecture on vitamin b12 synthesis. I actualy didnt see it yet because its 4 hours total but I thought that some of you might be interested :

Thank you.  I once contributed a comment to a discussion board on the question of who was the greatest chemist ever.  No one understood why I chose Woodward.

I finaly got some time to watch the 1st part and its super impressive. Im wondering how did they identify the structures. NMR probably wasnt used yet so that limits it to xray that took long time and IR or UV spectroscopy that makes it even more impressive
