Hi
This is a direct follow on from my question earlier,
http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?topic=85419.msg309304#msg309304But now i am also interested in Chrom Picolinate and Chrom
Same questions as before:
_1 ) I am looking for a preferably not to technical descriptions of what sort of “things" they are
And
_ 2 ) Do they have an approximate Kcal per 100g?
_....
I believe that i can safety say that Chrom as a simple Mineral and has no Kcal, so i just list it with my other Minerals ?
But i am wondering if
_1 ) Chrom Picolinate is close enough to Chrom ( for a non Chemist like me ) to be listed alongside the Minerals ?
And / but / or
_2) If there may however be any Kcal per 100g associated with Chrom Picolinate. ( In a current Nutritional supplement have I am looking at a ratio of approx 8 : 1 for Chrom Picolinate : Chrom. So in my ( naive un Chemist ) head I am wondering what the “extra” is and if this could contribute to some Kcal
Thanks once again,
Again no rush on this one
Alan
