Dehydration of sugar
« on: April 10, 2016, 09:18:17 AM »
Hi,

I want to do an investigation around the reaction between sugar and sulfuric acid. This dehydration reaction produces solid carbon, water vapor and sulfur dioxide gas.Is it possible to do some sort of investigation on this topic? Any suggestions?
