Two Unknowns with Spectra

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, and am curious if I could have some help analyzing two unknowns. I have a couple guesses as to what they could be, but would also be curious for some input as well. The first is a liquid compound, and I ran an IR, 1H NMR, C13 and DEPT. I know that this is some sort of ethyl ester, and I initially thought ethyl acrylate. But I am curious about all of the CH's on the DEPT. Could this indicate a benzene even though the overtones do not show up on IR? I have attached images of my spectra to this post.

Generally, NMR-spectra are much more reliable than IR-spectra for assigning a compound. This IR-spectrum's quality in particular does look a bit off. :P

The H-NMR does also give a clue.

An integral of ~5.0 at around 7 ppm. By the way, you did measure your sample in deuterated chloroform right?
