Determining compound from H NMR

I am trying to work out what the compound from the following NMR is. I am struggling a little as I am a little rusty when it come to NMR. Any help would be great

It would help if you posted a higher quality/larger image. I can't read the integrals.
I think the peak at 3 ppm is a septet. This and the 6H doublet is a big clue.
