Looking for Data
« on: August 31, 2016, 10:35:51 AM »
Hi all,

I am trying to find actual log p data for nucleoside drugs that are currently on the market. Could anyone point in a general direction?

I have logged into WoK and searched in general but nothing really comes up. I have used terms such as:

Log P nucleosides

Physical data nucleosides

Physical properties nucleosides

Any other suggestions or resources would help greatly.

Thank you in advance,

Guitarmaniac86

Edit: Please delete this thread. I have found a solution to my problem. I have been searching individual drugs and finding the data that way. Its tedious but Im getting there.

Have you seen this reference?  Journal of Chromatography A 506:119-31 ยท June 1990
"Partition coefficients and capacity factors of some nucleoside analogues"
