How can you tell out of :
ethan, chloroethane, ethanol, and ethanoic acid
which has the highest/lowest boiling points?
Has it got anything to do with being non-polar or polar?
Your help would be appreciated!

Think about what the boiling point represents, what is happening as you heat a solution, and what happens when it vapourises. Think about what type of molecules might be harder to vapourise and why. You are on the right track with polarity.
