Hi everybody,

I am a process engineer currently in petroleum industry. I have simply 2 questions:

1) How long is an engineer considered junior for ? 4 or 5 years?
2) If I want to change industry from petroleum to petrochemical or pharmaceutical in for ex. 7 years, will I start as junior engineer? I had discussion with one guy and he said that you will,because you start to work in a new industry branch.
