Is anyone familiar with this scale of carbocations? The Y-axis is log(K
NU
) how can a constant change it's value? Any help would be appreciated.

1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

Thanks, I think I understand. K
N
isn't plotted for a single reaction but for a bunch of carbocation and nucleophile reactions.
