Polarity question

For the life of me, I can't figure out why ethyl acetate is less polar than ethanol. Ethyl acetate contains a double bond and 2 oxygen atoms. Why isn't it more polar than ethanol?

think about ehat else is present in the ethanol molecule that isn't present in ethyl acetate

Why are those significant?  What other molecules are polar due to being an ester?
