According to this video (

), it states that the we have to equilibrate the medium to about 37.5 degrees Celsius. Why must this water bath temperature be set at this temperature? thanks..

1. It doesn't state 37.5 °C but 37±0.5 °C
2. What is the temperature in which most drugs (especially those ingested) work?

Does your 2nd point mean that temperature in which drugs work in our body is around that temperature which is about our body temperature ?
