Deciding between two Coursera tracks

Hi,

I am studying high school chemistry right now and was looking for supplement. I found these 2 tracks.

- https://www.coursera.org/learn/intro-chemistry
by Duke University (30 hours)

- https://www.coursera.org/learn/chemistry-1  (28 hours)
- https://www.coursera.org/learn/advanced-chemistry  (21 hours)
by University of Kentuky (total 49 hours)

Which do you recommend?

Side note: after this, I want to study https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/chemistry/5-111sc-principles-of-chemical-science-fall-2014/index.htm
