In the following reaction
2H2 + O2 --> 2H2O

What is the percentage yield of the reaction if 4 grams of H2 produces 3.6 grams of H2O?

Wrong question. This is a limiting reagent problem and reaction is irreversible,
thus yield will be 100 % for limiting reagent. You should eventually ask for percent of hydrogen used.
