Chemical Reaction formula

What is the chemical reaction formula of human insulin?
An example of one would be 2 HCl + 2 Na → 2 NaCl + H2
I need the states as well. Also, the molecular formula is C
257
H
383
N
65
O
77
S
6
I've been trying to find this out the moment I got this project assigned.

Most large molecules (and insulin is one of them) have no such thing as a simple "reaction formula".
In a way it is similar to asking "what is a blueprint for a car, and example of a blueprint would be combining a bolt and a nut" - building a car requires thousands of single operations. Synthesizing a protein like insulin requires many individual reactions.

Looking at the amino acid sequence in particular insulin (eg human) you can easily count the number of free carboxyl, amino, phenolic groups, etc. Each of these groups has own specific reactivity.
