expressing in equations

how would you express "acid solution of Iron (II) in excess fluoride"?
is it  H+ (aq) + Fe 2+ (aq) + F2 (g)

You are mistaking fluorine and fluoride.

Is that correct in the equation now, or do I have the equation wrong anyway?

F-(aq) - note that (aq) should be the same size and font as formula is, not subscript!

But correct answer depends on the level of your education - you should either list Fe2+, H+ and F-, or take HF into account, as hydrofluoric acid is a weak one and F- will be protonated in the acidic solution.
