For the love of God, I suck at conversions. In general, math is by far my weakest link. I've been trying to figure out the answer to this question for 30mins "Calculate the density in grams per cubic centimeter of a 0.992-kg board that is 0.107 m long, 2.05 cm thick, and 7.73 cm wide." I ended up with .00585 m^3, which is obviously wrong. I first found the volume which I thought was 169.55755 Grams, and the mass which I got 992 grams. Idk what I'm doing, I'm afraid I'm going to fail college Chem...

Why is your calculated volume in grams and your answer given in m³? Volume in this case is cm³, and density is in units of mass / volume (g / cm³ in this case).

Could you also detail the calculation you used to get to the final answer? I believe you are out by a factor of 1000, so I'm thinking there is just something wonky in the way you've done the math or put it into your calculator.

Now you know that 1 kg is 1000 grams

Only one of the dimensions is in m³, and the OP has apparently converted it to cm and given the correct volume (169.5575 cm³) even if the units they wrote down next to the number are wrong (a weird typo I assume).
