There are a lot of people here who are experienced in synthesis. I would suggest asking any specific questions you have on the forum, if for no other reason than so others can benefit from the answers.

If you want a tutor, there are online services or (most likely) local companies / post grads who would be willing to assist for the appropriate hourly fee.
