Fluorination Reactor MOC

I'm going to make m-bifluorobenzene on plant scale using key raw-materials as HBF4 (fluoboric acid), NaNO2 & HCl.

Can anyone pls suggest me which type of MOC I should use for the reactor for this reaction ? Generally chlorination/bromination are done in glasslined reactors (GLRs), but here I think the glass may not suffer fluorine.. ???

Pls suggest..

What about teflon (polytetrafluor ethylene) holding your reactor..

Its quite expensive.... :-[

Quartz, although that would be much more expensive than teflon?
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

Well i am not very sure but if your reactor is Cu or Ni-coated then the first portion of F2 will react with the metal surface forming corresponding fluorides and may be the obtained fluorine salt will pasivate the coating for further corrosion...Though F2 is little and extreemly reactive molecule and PTFE is the only 100% protection for it known as organic Platinum and as thin film coating not so expensive for little reactors ;)
