It seems like you lack a very basic understanding of chemistry. You are misunderstanding the difference between the solid compound known as NaCl and NaCl in solution and its solubility.
Also thats not actually the density of salt on its own. Its closer to the density of a salt solution.
Look up the solubility of NaCl and tell me if you think you can dissolve 1.1g in 1ml water.

An NaCl solution with density 1.1g/cm
3
would be conceivable.

Solubillity of NaCl in water is 348 mg/mL. So, if the density of NaCl solution is 1.1 g/mL , does it mean there are 1.1 g mass of water + NaCl in 1 mL water? How do you weight the mass of NaCl solutions, put it in the scale?

Density 1.1 shows NaCl solution at a concentration of about 13% at 0°C. You need to find the density tables and find a more accurate percentage concentration for the right temperature, then calculate the NaCl content in 1 ml of solution or any other volume.

@AWK did you mean table like this
https://handymath.com/cgi-bin/nacltble.cgi?submit=Entry
1.1 Kg/L for NaCl possible when concentration of 20% weight at 100 °C for one case
