Any instrument that allows a reaction to take place after the system is sealed?

I am designing an experiment that requires a metal acid reaction to take place after a flask is sealed to prevent loss of hydrogen. Since I am using metal powder, I cannot use a magnet to slide it down the flask. Is there any way to either add the acid or the metal without losing any gas?

You have a container inside the metal. On top a second one connecting with a valve. In this you fill the acid and seal it. If you open the valve the acid drops on the metal.

Or you tilt the container.

I didn't grasp why a magnet shouldn't act on powder. If a magnet attracts the solid metal (iron and few more), it attracts the powder too.

Please compute the hydrogen pressure in the flask before experimenting.
