For this compound, what would be the most reasonable disconnection approach?
I am thinking of disconnection at both heterocyclic amine rings, the lower one through Mannich and the 6-membered top one through lactamization. I am having trouble constructing the cyclopentane heterocyclic amine ring with all the other substituents in place.
