Which of these would react fastest with Ph3P=CH2 in a Wittig Rxn?

Which of the two would react faster in a Wittig Rxn. One has an aldehyde carbonyl the other is a ketone but the ketone has 2 EWGS but probable steric hinderance. Thanks

A ketone reacts slower with a Wittig reagent due to steric hindrance, regardless whether being conjugated or not.
Besides, conjugation deals with the thermodynamic control of the reaction and not with the kinetic control.
