Good afternoon. How many moles of NaOH per mole of histidine should be added to increase 6.5 to 9 pk are given. What will be the charge of histidine at the given pH values, how will it move during electrophoresis? pk1 = ΒΈ3.1, PK2 = 6, PK3 = 8
