Hi!
I have to write a manufacturing process about Fexofenadine Clorhidrate Suspenion. I have found a patent:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjfs_67lY_rAhVjA9QKHdMZDb8QFjAKegQIBhAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fpatentimages.storage.googleapis.com%2Fpdfs%2FUS20080274196.pdf&usg=AOvVaw3a_Lfa6LJvmKwuPMe4-rZi
in which I can't understand the step [0048]. I mean, it is a suspension (particles of API are insoluble in water) but they incorporate Fexofenadine in [0047] and Fexofenadine Chlorhidrate in form of granules (why in this way and not in a form of a powder?). Fexofenadine Chlorhidrate is soluble in water, so why this is called a "suspension"?
Thank you very much!!
