do you know Phosphate buffer eye wash solutions? what is the ingredients in this product? anybody know? I need clarify amount. if you want to look at, ı am taking link.

The sheet tells you its 4.9% phosphate pH 7. I would nomally use mM when talking about buffer concentration though

Not enough data.
It is probably a buffer containing NaH₂PO₄ and Na₂HPO₄ (about 0.35 to 0.40 mol in total). Due to the troublesome dissolution of Na₂HPO₄, the buffer is probably prepared by partially neutralizing NaH₂PO₄ with NaOH. The rest is the secret of the manufacturer.
