Currently, I'm taking a 1st year chemistry course.
The topics covered so far are:
1. Atoms, Molecules, and Ions.
2. Stoichiometry.
3. Chemical Reactions and Solution Stoichiometry.
Last week, we finished off the Gas unit, and next week, we're starting Thermochemistry.
I've been doing well on the 3 units above but the Gas unit is really hard to handle.
Unlike those three units, it has a lot of derivations and equations and the concepts are much more difficult for me to grasp.
This unit seems like the hardest unit in first year general chemistry course.
Can anyone please give me advice on how to do well on the Gas unit, as well as what to expect on this part of the course on the exam?
Thank you.
