Hi! am just wondering how can water have a higer melting and boilling point than ethanol if both can make hydrogen bonds and ethanol can also make london dispersion bonds?

Water has two hydrogen to connect to other water molecules. Alcohol has only one. London dispersion bonds are more weaker as hydrogen bridge bonds.
