What’s a formula to turn oil into a nubulizing/atomizing agent?

Hey guys,

I wanted to learn how to turn Oil into a formula that can be Used in a scent nebulizer

I own a Hotel with a Fragrance nebulizer by Scent air; https://scentair.com/scent-systems/scentdirect

However I would like to use my own fragrance, I have the oil I would like to use in bulk and it’s way cheaper than their cartridge, however I am not sure how to convert the oil into their formula for the machine to nebulizer it into the air.

Does anyone know how to turn oil into this formula? Alcohol?
