Hello dear chemicalforums Community,
I hope that you can help me out with my question or maybe point me in the right direction an tell me where could I ask such a question .
Fluticasone furoate is a potent steroid hormone used for inhalatory asthma therapy. The problem is that it causes in majority of patients oral trush. This is due to the unwanted effect in the oral cavity( it should work only in the lungs).
Is there a way to break down this ester with a oral rinse with for exemple backing soda /citric acid solution or maybe hydrogene peroxide solution( max 3%)?
Best regards and stay healthy,
Sadoveanum
