Chromium chemistry
« on: October 22, 2021, 10:20:44 AM »
Hello Forum,

Does anybody know the products of the reaction between chromium trioxide (CrO3) and glucose (sugar)? Also, the reaction formulas would be helpful!

Its possibliy just a reduction of the sugar but i dont really know the reaction formula, becaue reactions are commonly made by Ag or HNO3/H2O. I Know that wasnt very helpful  :-\
