New to spectroscopy, i have no idea how to describe this

at the laboratory experience i have reduced 3-Nitroacetophenone with NaBH4 and doing the 1H-NMR analysis i got this but i have no idea where to start. i have attached the file of the 1H-NMR

A good place to start is to ask which function group was changed into which other functional group.  Then you could ask, how will this change the NMR spectrum, based upon well-known behaviors of classes of compound.  Can you do that?
