Dear Experts.

I am in the construction business and I have observed the paint defects in the house soon after the project is complete. This is mainly due to seams, capillary water flows in the bricks, and seepage in the walls. Another reason may be the short constructions time, giving less time to dry the plaster of walls (both inside the house or outside)

I want to know if there any chemical or polymer which can be mixed during mortar mixing of Portland cement and sand for plaster of walls both inside and outside the house, so the pours can be permanently closed and there will be no chance of water coming out of it.

I need some economical solution

Thanks in advance
