What is TiBOT

I used at my inorganic class compound TiBOT (Ti of course is titan) and have problem what is BOT, couldn't find anything about this.

No idea. BOT looks to me like an acronym for some organic group?

In what context was it used and for what?

It was used to add Ti in synthesis of mesoporous silica.
