Can somebody take a look at this and see if I've done everything correctly? I've missed a couple of lessons haha.

I haven’t followed your working all the way through but noticed you’ve written the expression for K wrongly. It should be product concentration (or partial pressure) over reactants. You have written it upside down.

Pretty hard to decipher, but if I am reading it right - you are asked about initial amounts, so the answer should be several number in moles, yet you solve for a single number in %. Doesn't add.

That's correct, but I'm also asked to calculate the Efficiency of the reaction, which is the percentage. The initial amounts that I've calculated can be found in the table next to n⁰
