Putrescine
« on: January 30, 2024, 11:25:26 PM »
Hi everyone.

Why does Putrescine Hydrochloride in ‘Salt’ formation not emit an odour?

Does it have to be activated by something additional to make it have an odour?

Thank you.

Jackie.

Putrecine is an Diamin. Amines have an odor. But if you put acid to it what reaction takes place?
