Perovskite synthesis

I am trying to synthesise the perovskite La0.8Ce0.1Ni0.4Ti0.6O3.

The precursors used are La2O3, Ni(NO3)2*6H2O, TiO2, CeO2.

When I look at literature it just says stoichiometric amounts of precursor never gives the actual masses.

Lets say I am trying to make 7 g of the perovskite, would this calculation for amount of La2O3 be correct?

Mass La2O3 = 7 / (Molecular Mass Perovskite) * (Molecular Mass La2O3) / 2.

I would covert to a non broken number first

La0.8Ce0.1Ni0.4Ti0.6O3= La8CeNi4Ti6O30

La8CeNi4Ti6O30
correspond to 4 La2O3

7g/M(La8CeNi4Ti6O30) =
x/(4*M(La2O3))
