Does the group on sulfur have to be a hydrogen atom?  If not, there are simple methods to make such compounds.

This is not a stable molecule? Its a vinyl thiol? So its also a thio aldehyde? The di-sodium salt is probably stable. Its thio glyoxalic acid monosodium salt. There is very likely a lit. procedure how to make the di-sodium salt
