How to check if reaction occurs in human stomach?

Practically all reagents, left site reagents are in aqua form

KIO3 + 5 KI + 6 HCl = 6 KCl + 3 I2 + 3 H2O

and

2 I2 + KIO3 + 6 HCl = 5 ICl + KCl + 3 H2O

Clarifying question here; are you asking HOW to check a reaction occurs in a human stomach, or whether to provided formula WOULD react in the human stomach?
