Does anyone know of a good way to seal ampules that are filled with flammable liquid?

Use oversized ampules, freeze the liquid inside (liquid N2) and suck in a vacuum before melting the ampules shut.
Chemists do it periodically on table.

Or you could take some pure Argon Gas and have a constant stream blowing directly into the ampoule so that the flammable liquid is covered with argon and protected from oxygen.  Also, make sure that the ampoule is sealed WELL above the liquid level.  This way the flame won't even come close to the liquid.

You can seal ampules with N2 or Ar and hide them in black and ventilated place.
