Does anyone know a good place to find NMR spectra to compare with my unknown compund?  In other words, i have many different kinds of spectra and an incling of what the compound is, but want to look it up.  I've searched the net but its not simple!!

Your school library likely has a copy of the  "Aldrich Library of 13C and H FT NMR Spectra."  These books have NMR spectra for every compound Aldrich sells.  You can look up the compounds in the Aldrich catalog and it will list a cross-reference to the spectra book.

Another place to check is SDBS.  Their library of spectra isn't as big, but it might save a trip to the library.  Here is the link for SDBS: http://www.aist.go.jp/RIODB/SDBS/menu-e.html
