  hello, I have some questions to be answered here with regards to the Vitamin C and Sorbate Salt analysis in cough syrup. A million Thanks for anyone out there who can answer these questions.

Firstly, what could be the suitable spectrometry analytical method to analyse potassium sorbate and vitamin c respectively? Kindly include some procedures for the preparation of sample, stock and standard solutions.
Secondly, what kind of interferences could occur in the proposed protocols, how can it be minimised?
Lastly, which type of chromatography method could be used to test for both potassium sorbate and vitamin c. what is the advantages of that method over the spectrometry method?

Have u consider the pH that u are going to use as different pH will have different Lamda Max.

Already Did that. Added in 0.1M of HCL but not too sure how much to add in.
