Best Way to Standardize HCl?

What is the best method to standardize a ~0.1M solution of HCl?  I was thinking of titrating it with NaOH that has already been standardized with KHP, and using phenolphthalein as an indicator.

Na2B4O7.10H2O (not sure about drying) against methyl red or Na2CO3 (dried for 1h in 270-300 deg C) against methyl orange.

Standardized NaOH should work, but note that these solutions are not stable over time, especially if allowed to contact with air (CO2 absorption).
