Really dumb question...what is "molecular form"

I suppose in terms of charge, my notes keep referencing ionic, anionic which I know is positive and negative and then it says molecular form, which I thought might be neutral, but then it talks about molecular form being different than neutral....I'm lost, and I'm no chemist....I need *delete me*!

regarding pesticides and bonding in the soil something being cationic or neutral vs. anionic or molecular

Note, neutral are aminoacids, though they show ion-pair structure. May be author had this difference in mind
