It should be a triplet. Just one coupling constant.

I only know there is two H - F interaction, but why there is 3 J H-F value?

F behaves just like H would, in terms of signal multiplicity. If you had a -CH
2
CH
2
- unit, you would expect to see triplets, right? Same thing with an F
2
.
The should only be one
J
H-F
value, as there is for any triplet.
