I think there are several.  I don't recall any specific brand names, however.

Look for something that has a separate plastic bag in addition to the bottle, I have seen that a couple of times with the drain cleaner H2SO4.

There is another option for Sulfuric Acid OTC in the USA.  Go by your local auto parts dealer (Pep Boys, etc.) and ask for battery acid.  They will have varying sizes available and it is 93%.  If also won't have the coloring additives most drain cleaners have.

We got Easy Flow drain opener with virgin sulfuric acid and 12 buffers. It appears not to do the sugar thing very well.
I went to an auto sales place and they say they don’t carry it anymore because of the new style batteries.
I think it was AutoZone.

Someone has suggested a motorcycle shop since their batteries are more rudimentary.

Still looking

Yea, all I've got is that awful buffered stuff. A few droppers of 15% or up H2O2 clears it up and removes the reek, but I still wouldn't trust it for most reactions. I've heard that Rooto and Liquid Fire are both very good H2SO4 sources, but have personally been unable to locate either.

Curiously, what's the problem with buffered acidic solutions?

Buffer would imply that it was impure, so one could have a mixed reaction.

Unless you happen to find NaOH based drain cleaner ;)
