Synthesis of 2-phenylethylhydrazine

2-phenylethylamine                                  2-phenylethylhydrazine

I've been searching the net for this (or similar) reactions for days now and can't seem to find any ... I can't find any synthesis path for Phenelzine even on the pay-per-view sites.

Any thoughts? Hydrazine maybe?

I think it's possible, but it would be messy.

How about starting with an aldehyde, then using hydrazine to make a hydrazone?  I saw this on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrazine.  Maybe you can turn this into your product?  The only other idea i had was diazotization (using nitrosonium), but in each of these cases i am completely unsure how to get hydrogens back onto the molecule to get your target.
