Hi All,

I have prepared a sample of Co(NH₃)₆Cl₃ and taken its visible spectrum and calculated it's Molar Extinction Coefficient to be 78.40 cm^-1 mol^-1 dm³.

Does anybody know where I can find a literature value for this complex, so that I have something to compare it too?

You might find it in the CRC handbook.  Otherwise, Google might be helpful.  I remember doing a lab like this, so it might be a common experiment.
