SOS help , deprotecting question

i had synthesed 6 fluoro-methyl glucoside and now want to deprotect the 1 methyl group. normally the acid hydrolysis condition is 1N HCl, 2,5 hours. I had tried twice but no new product , could you give me some ideas?
